yeah, this is a normal. i sometimes get this to and sometimes also tightening of the balls following ejaculation. all of which is normal.

Listen, (and repeat after me three times!). Your balls do NOT drop. Or at least I sure hope not! You'd miss them terribly if they did. And you'd look funny.

You also cannot feel sperm leaving your balls, either. Mature sperm migrate from the testicles to the seminal vesicles (which are just outside the testes on the sides of them), where they are stored for ejaculation. The stuff in your balls isn't ready to be ejaculated yet.

That 'tingly' feeling after ejaculation is probably a normal sensation caused by the vascular changes of ejaculation.

No, it is not true that a man's testicles "drop" during puberty. Your friend is probably referring to the fact that testicles descend from the lower abdomen into the scrotal sac — but this usually takes place during the last two months before or right after birth, not at puberty.
