Just to point out that's totally not true, in the UK at least. The "victim" is always the girl even if she was older than the boy - but still under 16. A girl under 16 never commits a crime by having sex, only the boy has committed a crime.

In theory punishment is 2 years in prison if the girl is 13+, in practice if both are under 16 almost zero chance of prosecution for the boy unless it was rape, ie she didn't consent.

A girl under 13 can never consent to sex so it's always rape - even if she said she consented. Again the girl has done no crime.

Not just those guys, since she is also a minor she is also legible and can be prosecuted for statutory rape. And that was not backed up by Section 63 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. Subsection 63 refers to a new offence of possessing "an extreme pornographic image." NOT RAPE in the "normal sense" and especially not statutory rape. This is more on the lines of genital mutilation of the genitals and anus. Also necrophilia would fit into this category. She would lose more than her reputation, she would lose many years in prison as well. Not to sure on the sentence charged but the average statutory rape sentence is above 10 years.

Not really well said at all. Details of the law were wrong, not section 63. And also she would be imprisoned as well if she reported it due to because she is also guilty of committing statutory rape. Maybe DA (district attorney) would lessen her sentence for reporting it.
