Hey, I work out a lot and I still don't have mussles and ABS yet. My penis is 8in and I am 141/2 years old. Most of the guys in my grade all ready have mussles and a little bit of a 6 pack. Is there any work out things that will help me get ABS and mussles?

take up some sports that does alot of exersizing

If u want to build muscle u need to increase your intake of protein and focus in muscle exercises for abs

Keep in mind that people have different body types: there is endomorphic (those who look a little chubbier), mesomorphic (the muscular ones), and ectomorphic (the skinnier ones). I don't know which one/ones you fit into, but your muscles just may not show up on the outside.

Increase your protein intake is my best advice.
Also, I'm not trying to be mean, but very few people including myself are going to believe that you are 14 and you have a 8in penis! Good try though!
