You have less public hair than you should for age 15. I am 14 years old and I have have a lot of public hair. I have a lot covering my balls, my dick, above my dick, in my belly button leading down to my dick,and from my balls leading into my ass. You should at least have as much as me or more than me on your dick,balls, and in your ass,and in your belly button and you should have a lot above your penis. You should have so much above your penis that it should cover at least almost half of your dick.

I actually agree with banishu. I started puberty when I was 9 years old. I had a lot of public hair at 9 years old..so it depends when you started puberty.
