You're still growing so there's no normal size. By how old the different stages of puberty starts you can make a ROUGH guess at the average size, although it wouldn't be at all accurate, and there'll always be those who haven't started and are far under and then people who started a couple of years earlier than average, who'll be far bigger than most people of similar age. At 4 inches when hard I wouldn't be to worried, the G-Spot in a vagina is only in the first 2-3 inches. But I wouldn't worry about it till you're like 21, but by then you'd have grown easily an inch or two.

Mine is pretty small when soft sometimes and it's not even cold out. Kind of funny looking. Sometimes i think he's just trying to stay out of the way cuz we're doing something physical or our mind is occupied on other stuff. Pretty cool how it does that.
