is it true that as a general rule the later bloomers end up taller and more etc, and actually go through puberty for a longer time?

i unno about taller maybe a bit longer but usaully ends at age 19 or 20 but i think they grow faster ? but that should be it

No, the time you begin puberty has no effect on the final result.
Look at your parents, you'll likely end up looking like them.

well if you start later you could end up taller but not nessaceraly. depends how your parents developed
