Everytime i tab out from chat i d/c

So everytime i tab out of the chat, i get disconnected from it. any help?

I'm not sure. Recently in the chat room I've been disconnecting regularly because of "connection to server lost". This could mean that the addonchat servers are going through maintenance upgrades or packets of data are getting lost through transmission due to a broken network somewhere, leading to a longer route being taken. Either way, it should fix itself in a couple of days. If it is literally when you switch tabs, it is probably client-side. Do you have a browser that halts connection when switching tabs, effectively 'freezing' a page?

What Sandeep said is correct. This has been an ongoing issue with our chat for a few days, and honestly we're not quite sure what it is. If it doesn't stop in the next day or two though, we'll look into contacting AddonChat and see if they can help.

Sandeep is most likely correct. Usually when somebody has a poor internet connection they disconnect from the chat client's server easily; but this is happening to everybody, including myself, so it's not a user error. The problem should resolve itself shortly because errors like this generally mean that things are being worked on or tweaked on their side -- if it's not fixed in due time then action will be taken and we'll have the problem resolved.
