Acer Aspire One

so i have this little acer.
uninstalled Win. XP for Xubuntu.
only problem i have with it is hte battery is shot.
anyone else like these little netbooks?

I have never liked netbooks that much because my fingers are often too big for the keyboard.

You operating system will have no impact on the battery. If the battery is "shot", it means it's dead and you will need to replace it with a new one as the battery life is over.

I've never owned one, I've only ever tried them out and I'd have to say I'd like one if I had to travel a lot and wanted something small and compact.

Rayquaza : i know that OS has no effect on battery. XP crashed and i put xubuntu on. my battery has never worked.
but this is a nice little netbook for its stats ^_^

on the acer one. i had one as well. i had a bad battery, according to the operating system. but once i did a hard reset. it told me my battery was fine, and worked like a dream.
