If it's something you would like to do, then certainly. Its a very rewarding career area.

Absolutely. The medical field will never lose its demand. There will always be more advancements in medicine to be made and sick/injured people to be taken care of and everything else that deals with this field. Depending on which specific field you go into, pay is generally very bountiful - you'll more than likely have an excess of money to pay for luxuries. But with any career, you should have an interest in it and not just do it for the money.

Of course.
I believe that the medical field is one of the few fields you cannot replace with computers.
Computers cannot generate human compassion, or feelings, which is something that many people who work in the medical field will need.

Just be aware that the medical field is very, very competitive. If you are willing to work really hard at it, then by all means go for it.

I always say...find a job that you want to do, and pursue it. I would always research the industry to know more just to ensure that you have job security.

Its is most definitely a good idea! These type of jobs are never going away and most pay well. Its just alot of schooling.

My grandpa always talks about how successful being in that field is! Of course he tells me the benefits of it, but he respects what I want to do, which is not that! haha.

Absolutely.

We're always going to need medics. And it'll be very rewarding, too. If you want to pursue a medical career, go for it. I'm sure you'll do great.
