How do you like your red meat cook?

I'm medium rare, but rare is fine too. If it wasn't so scary nowadays, I would eat raw hamburger.

Very, very well done. If it's a little pink I can handle it, but if I cut into it and it bleeds, no way in hell I'm eating it. Same with my eggs. If they're runny, nope, not havin it.

I like my meat well done, it tastes tastiest IMO. :D certain types of meat I like a little rarer, but mostly well done. Very well done.

Rare or medium rare. If it's horrible meat I'll have it cooked to medium, and only once in my life I've ordered Blue, at a freaking expensive and amazing steakhouse :yeah:

Depends on the type of meat, but usually it is medium-well if it is meat from cows, buffalos, lambs, and more. If it is pig meat I definitely want it well cooked.

Either Raw or Blue. But having my steak blue is my favorite :D

For those who don't know what blue means, I found this excellent post

"I'll have my steak blue" is a socially acceptable way of saying "just bring me the cow. I'll bite off my own steak!"



It's funny, because I cannot eat it just raw. It must be cooked at least a bit, whether its 10 seconds on each side, or 20.
