Hey guys! Just wondering what does grey rep mean? Like in the user cp the square is grey? It's probably a stupid question but I'm a stupid guy! So thanks for any reply.

Actually, it can mean someone with negative reputation has tried to rep you positively, but since their power is 0, it has no effect. I like to see it as "It's the thought that counts."
