If you're looking to use them instead of smoking proper cigarettes, don't both, they don't work and are proven to actually be more harmful.

All the research I've seen seems to find them to be safer than actual tobacco cigarettes, but, considering how dangerous cigs are, that doesn't take much.

Really bad tasting and catch your throat! My favourite nightclub sells "E-shish" basically flavoured.tobacco. what an e-cig is, it's a liquid nicotine cartridge that gets vaporized. Simple really. I'd prefer Marlboro reds though!

The only reason you should be smoking those is because you are trying to quit cigerettes. Just don't bother with them, won't do anything to you.

Hi there, I'm new on here, I'm Rob. E-Cigarettes are not a smoking cessation. They are an alternate method of getting a nicotine hit. In a cigarette there are well over 66 known cancer causing agents. ENDS this stands for Electronic Nicotine Delivery System. The only agents used in the e-liquids that you smoke or as people who use them call them, vape the electronic cigarette as they would a normal cigarette but without the 4000 ingredients in a conventional tobacco cigarette.
In an e-cig - There are usually 5 ingredients, Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Distilled Water, Flavouring and of course nicotine. I use the e-liquid with Vegetable Glycerin in as it much more ECO pure. When you save so much money by not smoking cigarettes, then you should be able to afford yourself to as close as possible an organic e-liquid. Can I just also add that we all have nicotine in our systems whether we have ever smoked a cigarette or not. Can I also say to those who have not given you a full answer just an opinion, that if you were in a locked room with all doors and windows tightly locked and you had never smoked a cigarette before but there were 30 other people in the room with you all smoking tobacco cigarettes (forget about all the nasty stuff in cigarettes here), after 30 hours of them continually smoking, you would have inhaled less nicotine than there is in one egg plant (aubergine) - nicotine is a naturally occurring chemical in most daily foods such as potatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatoes and so many more - simply take a look on Google. I didn't want to stop smoking and any company out there who claim that they are a smoking cessation device is breaking the law, they are simply a much cheaper, healthier alternative to tobacco cigarettes. I hope I've helped. Cheers, Rob

I have one because i was smoking cigs since 6th grade and just recently stopped this year with help of my ecig. I use it everyday i havnt picked up a cigarette in 6 months and havnt had the urge since. DO NOT listen to the people that are saying they are worse for you than cigs. The only chemicals you encounter with ecigs are within the Ejuice itself which is the nicotine (can get without nicotine), Propylene Glycol (pg), Vegetable glycerin (vg) and sometimes food coloring (which is not harmful whatsoever) Just think about the 3000+ chemicals in cigarettes and the 3 possibly 4 chemicals in Ejuice and tell me its worse.

It is better for health reasons (chemicals and stuff) but sadly, anything besides air going into your lungs is harmful. While most E-cigs use water vapor, it is still harmful. After about 5 or so years the effects can be seen as though you had only been smoking normal cigarettes for a year. They are safer than normal cigs, but still slightly harmful.

I have friends who use them and say that they're less expensive in the long run, and I'm pretty sure they're "safer" than actual cigs, but I agree with the person above. They're not harmless, but a lot of people get the false impression that they are.
