It's been a while since I posted, but I was embarassed to ask this on here...

Only penetration of an animal or being penetrated by an animal is illegal in the United Kingdom. Having an animal give you oral sex or anything similar isn't exactly considered illegal.

Okay, so, I wouldn't do that again if I were you. However, I think that saying it is illegal is a bit of an overstatement. I mean, nobody got hurt, right? The dog just licked you. It didn't hurt the dog (or you). To the dog, it was probably like licking your hand or your face. So, I don't think it's illegal or taking advantage of the animal.
