It's totally normal, once you've climaxed obviously your horniness is supposed to dissipate.

In evolution, animals having sex are susceptible to predators so I'd say that it's an adaptation we have to make us able to protect ourselves immediately after orgasm, reducing the time of which we are weaker (horny). Sounds a bit dodgy, I know, but it's evolution.

I've never quite felt depressd, but yes, all the hormones that have made you feel horney are very quickly gone, and yes it's a bit of a downer.

I have read that after a guy cums it's normal to lose all intrest in sex for a time but i'm not sure if thats related to makeing you feel guilty or depressed. There is a correlation between how parents deal with sexual behavior of a child and sexual dysfunction in that person later in life. I'm not a therapist by any means but it sounds like your problem lies somewhere in this area.
