Not directly, as you need to be 18 to shop there, but you always have a parent or close relative you trust that will get them for you. My sis got Blacky from our cousin (19 then) when she was 14, I got it from her.

The answers will obviously vary, but I personally use my friend's older sister. The 3 of us are open about these sorts of things with one another, and she's old enough that I can give her some money and she'll be more than comfortable enough to walk into a shop and buy a toy for me with it.
