Mine would definitely be bean curds or dumplings (especially ones made by my parents)

I like spicy foods, but if we stop there, I get the chow mien, which I like there, and a double orange chicken. I'm going to have to talk to mom & dad. Maybe I was adopted and you are my long lost brother. Getting pretty freaky to tell you the truth.

Honestly, Chinese is my favorite food. We have a really awesome family-owned restaurant about 20 min from our house. Oh, and my favorite would be the sweet/sour chicken. I don't eat the chicken with the sauce though, I eat the chicken alone and pour the sauce on the rice. mmm mmm mmm tastayyyyy

As a half-Chinese person, I'm ashamed to say that I'm not partial to Chinese food.

Nonetheless, I do enjoy some portions of it. :)

京都肉餅- Not really sure what this is in English, but it's fantastic.

Leek Dumplings- My mom is AMAZING at making these. I love them.

Dongpo Pork- Went to a dim sum place a while back with the Chinese side of the family. Didn't like much except the dongpo pork and the following and final item.

Cha Shao Bao!- Best stuff on Earth. Period.

Oh I looooove Chinese food. Well, I'm a sucker for egg fried rice, satay chicken, chilli beef and some prawn crackers. Goodness my mouth is watering all over my keyboard, lol. I think I'll telephone my local Chinese take-away!
