i reckon it might be some chest muscles
try not too work out too often, u are still going through puberty and your bones are still growing, working out could cause problems with your bones.

i doubt verry much its pecks as there verry hard to achieve and require special excersises. I think its more likely to be something to do with your hormones.

There are many people with messed up hormones.. Its funny how too much testosterone can cause feminine things to occur.. But there are two major possibilities that I know of.. one could be a natural imbalance of hormone levels (you were born with imbalanced hormone levels), the other could be that you have an imbalance in hormone levels due to using steroids or something else to "bulk up".

There is actually a known condition where guys during puberty can seem to have grown "breasts". However they should go away by the end of puberty, if not, there are surgical options (looked this up on good ol' Wikipedia).

I know there's this tendency to want to be helpful and answer questions, even if you're not sure. But accuracy counts, if you guys aren't sure of the correct answer, it's probably better to pass, rather than give well intentioned, yet incorrect, information.
The right answer here is that during puberty, guys hormones increase dramatically, and that one of those hormones unfortunately can lead to TEMPORARY breast development in some guys. (This is called gynecomastia).
There's not much you can do about this, other than be thankful they'll eventually go down.

there is a condition called moobs (its like man boobs but its caused by hormones not fat) basically its when your hormones imbalance but don't worry it normally can settle but if you suddenly do a lot of exercise it can cause problems.

Lol the condition is not at all called moobs. Moobs is a slang term that came from man boobs.

Actually, it's a perfectly normal part of puberty. At some stage guys get a small amount of fat behind the nipples. For most it's hardly noticeable but for some it's very noticeable. I does go away after some time.
Note: This may not be the actual case but I pretty likely.

Yes, you do.
Making fun of Andy's typoes is fun, but now for the good stuff. :P
In my bio class my teacher was talking about how fat cells get stored away in various places, these places differ from person to person. So even if you don't seem obese (your stomach/abdomen isn't huge), you may still have fat elsewhere. Thus what seem like "boobs" may just be fat (which is technically what breasts are anyways, lumps of fat), so yeah, I wouldn't be worried. For whatever reason they are there, whether it be fat or imbalanced hormones, etc., they will most likely go away, and if they don't, you can probably do something about it.

Oh crist. I've being using a laptop with a keyboard I had to customise beecause lots of buttons didn't work! And I got so used to it I find it hard to type on a standard keyboard now! I can't be fucked to edit it though :P
My typos are bad enough without having to learn to type again lol.

Again, if you think they've been there for quite awhile longer than you think they should've been, or if they seemingly grow much larger, the only thing we can recommend is consulting a doctor or at least notifying your parents of your discomfort.

If you're overweight, you can lose the weight. Fat collects behind the breast, pushing it out. If you're not overweight, and this is caused by hormones, it's temporary. You can try working out the pecs (the muscles behind the breast that wrap around your chest), so there will be a firmness and toneness to the underlying muscle, which might minimize the breast appearance.

^^ Oh yeah, I forgot about that possibility :P
But again, if you're 99% sure it isn't fat, consult a doctor, or at least your parents, to see what they think about it.
