from what I know, sagging is a method in jail for prisoners to signal they want to have sex. It means something like "hey, I'm horny, meet me in the shower, I will drop the soap"

Sagging was meant as a sign of being available in prison so I don't know why the hell you would sag your pants to begin with. The answer to you question about how available I am is none because I sag 0 inches from my waist line.
