Age difference

I'm dating a girl in 6th grade and I'm in 8th grade, rising freshman next year is it wrong to date a middle schooler while in HS, just looking for other peoples opinions

I don't see a big problem with you being in HS and her being in JH after all it's only a couple yrs difference. Don't be surprized once you get to HS that the relationshiop may run it's course. I have seen this happen.

A two year age difference isn't much at all.
If you like her, and she likes you, then I don't see a problem.
Don't worry about what others think, just do whatever makes you happy.

Once you finish school, people a few years olderer than each other date and no one even cares. People who are even vastly different date, and maybe people say something or notice the age difference, but they get over it. In school, people will give you a hard time, that's just how it is. Once school is over, no one cares about stuff like that. If you want to go out with this girl, be prepared for people picking on you.

Although right now that age difference is like 5 to 7 as an adult, it is still ok. Do not give up just 'cause you are going to HS, who knows, maybe she will end up being you HS sweetheart in two years!:wub:

Not that bad, I'm in grade 11, and my gf is in grade 9...she's 14...I'm 17. People say it's a bad thing, but she is amazing and I wouldn't let a thing happen to her.
