Not a big sweet eater, but a friend makes these.

Microwave Chocolate Fudge

2 pkgs (16oz) confectioners sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup can milk
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 tablespoons vanilla

In a large bowl mix sugar and cocoa
Add milk and butter ( DO NOT STIR )
Heat in microwave for 4 !/2 - 6 minutes until butter is melted ( not completely )
Add nuts and vinilla stirring until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan (use smaller pan if you like thick fudge)
You can also add raisins or anything else to this fudge.
I just eyeball the raisins until it looks like enough.
