Pool bone

Hi, I'm always getting a bone as I swim and it lasts the entire practice, no matter how long I swim. Any one ever have this happen to them?

Join the club, and you have the same problem that a lot of us have. I know it can get embarrasing to have a boner especially if your swim class or swim team requires you to wear Speedos that are very revealing. However, because everyone, including the Olympic swimmers, gets boners while swimming no one will say anything except some jerks. You're fine, and I would not worry. If getting a boner is something that really bugs you, then just think of something that turns you off or would take your mind somewhere not sexual which should solve your problem. Even if you get a boner during swimming, it is so not a problem.

Yep...I agree. I get boners a lot when I swim, but no ones ever made a big deal of it. We're all in the same boat!
