Do you jack-off daily? if yes, then never. Wet dreams require you to have some abstinence from any kind of sexual activity, including masturbation.

Medical books say it will happen between 10 and 15 days of your last ejaculation, your body will require relief and your mind will comply. A wet dream is just your body getting you to the point of orgasm, while asleep.

Believe it or not, same thing happens to us, we get really horny when asleep to the point of experiencing and orgasm while sleeping.

guess it depends on how sexually satisfied you are when you go to sleep. maybe try abstaining from all sexual contact including masturbation for a few days and see if that helps if you really want to have one. Not sure why though dosen't mean your not normal if you never have them.
