What do you have to do on these forums to eventually become an admin or moderator?

Well there's a huge difference from becoming a moderator compared to an administrator.
To be a moderator, you either fill out an application when one is posted (In the VT Voulenteer Job Openings forum) or an administrator will seek you out privately. Of course, it is not just about what you write in the application. You have to be a dedicated, active, trusted member of the site.

Becoming an administrator is almost exclusively open to those on the senior staff team, and will likely never be hired without any former time on staff.

Ok thank you, are there any other staff jobs on this site?

Global mod is one...but that's nearly the same as admin (the process to become one)...you have to be promoted from moderator to Global Mod....otherwise there aren't any other staff positions...........

Not really. Admins have access to the Admin CP, while Gmods do not. While we have more permissions and responsibilities than moderators, it's nowhere near the same as an admin on this site.

No when I said it's nearly the same I meant how to become a global mod (the way to become it). I already know admins are more powerful than global mods :P
