Hi, I'm 15 and 5'7" - 5'8" (around 175 cm) tall.
Is it possible for me to grow until 6'?

Boys keep growing until 18 to 21yrs old, you might reach and pass 6' or stay a little below, it all depends on genetics and your family history.

My pediatrician used an old school technique to estimate my sister's, mine and my brother's heights as adults when we were 1yr old. She nail it for my sister, she said she was going to be around 5'9, she's 5'8 1/2. Told mom i was gonna reach 5'7, I've been 5'7 for a year and half already, no more height growth yet for me, and my bro is already at 5'4, on its way to the 5'11 she predicted. Something about the measurement of the femur at age 1 and some calculations.

Look at your extended family meaning cousins and aunts and uncles and stuff. All my cousins are like 6' 3". I'm 5' 11.5" and 15.

Definitely possible, you've got a few more years to grow and if you're not already taller than your parents there's no reason you won't grow to 6'.

I'm 16 and I'm 5' 8". I'm already taller than both my parents by a bit so I doubt that I'll grow much more.
