I'm mainly a water only person, but do like apple juice in the morning.

I like both. We get freshly squeezed apple juice, that has no additives or preservatives from one of my Dads friends manages an apple orchard, and he gives us as much apple juice as we can drink. It is absolutely delicious and tastes like a glass of apples.
