Everyone has different stages of development. There is no Specific height on how long your pubic hairs should be

no, everyone is different. you are still only 13 im sure your hair will grow in size and amount soon.

You're just starting puberty, it starts off short and light, but will end up longer and darker.

We all gotta start somewhere! And it's always at the beginning. But cheer up, I'm sure it looks way different than it did just a year or 2 ago.
