Well as stated multiple times above, there is no average penis size for a 13 year old. Some could be 1inches some could be 7. I think that it's important that you understand now that penis size is not important, it doesn't matter how much you hear about the bigger the better. Because its not true, ask any girl that isn't a slut and she will tell you. Also from personal experience I can say that if you have 20 guys in a room naked, you can't really tell the difference between 5-7 inches, which everybody is around about.

No that is not huge. And you should be telling a 13 year old the importance if penis size! Not only that but penis length makes no difference to the sexual pleasure for a woman. Four inches into the vagina is the central nerves, after that it's just an empty area.
