With my friends I can talk freely, so with the people I know. But when I get around people older than me, especially if they're boys, I'm not able to talk to them. Still, if I turn around and talk to my friends, I can talk loud and clear, even if there's other around. This is really irritating, and in my daydreams I'm always talking to one of those I'm just able to watch at distance. They seem like so nice persons and I really want to be friends with them, but I end up shivering and blushing! Any tips?

Social issues are quite a serious issue as they can affect decisions and opportunities later in life, I personally would suggest going to see a Councillor, especially if your school has one cause it costs you nothing. Councillors are able to help you address and overcome a wide variety of issues and i would fully recommend addressing the issue while you are still young.
Also think about how you met your current friends and see if that same method is applicable to meet more.

I know for me striking up a conversation with a cute older boy can be difficult but I find that sometimes to picture them as your equal and to find common interests it's easier to navigate a conversation.
