It is a difficult situation and not one which will go away easily. Telling the welfare officer calmly and matter-of-factly that you do not hurt yourself is one step towards it. If you do this then he should have very few reasons (if any) left to pull you out of class again. You have to try to not allow this to interfere with your social life within the school. If you do then that may cause classmates and/or staff to suspect it is true that you are hurting yourself. I know it won't be easy, but you can do it.

that happened to me... except that i did cut myself so i had to stay overnight in a hospital place with a million therapists. i hated it.

but i didnt cut myself,
and i have no idea why why someone made that up about me,
i also got pulled out of class by a different person,
because all my teachers said that i have been acting differently.

that hurt me soo much.
i had no idea why my teachers said that.

now i just hate everyone at school.
