I noticed some bumps on my boyfriend's penis. Are they normal, or should I be worried?

What sort of bumps? Penises usually have bumps from all the veins that run through them, near the surface.

it depends on the bumps, most guys have little white bumps on their penis, they are completely harmless. however, if they aren't like that or just veins then maybe it could be an STD.

Yup. The little white bumps on a guys penis and scrotum are sweat glands and are totally normal and necessary. They look kinda like the bumps on chicken skin. If it's any other kind of bumps, tell him to go to a doctor, and you would need to go as well, if his semen has gone into your body in any way.

Guys can have bumps on their penis that are totally harmless, but because you are sexually active with your boyfriend I would not take any chances. He should be seen by a doctor to make sure he is clean, and you shouldn't do anything sexual with your boyfriend unless you know he is fine.

P101 Boys  P101 Both. The Puberty for Boys section is for boys only to post in, so therefore, this should be moved.

If they are small white bumps then that is okay. But if they are not then I would consult a doctor asap

My boyfriend has one bump that turned out to be an infected sweat gland, he should see a doctor if it is a new bumb, if its been there since before he was sexually active it should be ok, wouldn't hurt to get it checked.

He should go to the Doctor to get it Checked. Most likely it will be nothing to worry about but there is still that very slight chance it could be bad.

If there really small bumps and don't apear to be inflamed or irrated then it's most likely nothing but if there more of a lesion and look infected or appear to have a white head it could be a herpes outbreak. if your uncomforatble you need to ask him and or have him see a doctor. Don't just take his word that it's nothing. Some guys will lie.

They are most likely hairs that are waiting to pop out. That is only if the bumps are small, yet noticable. Most guys have that. If they are any taller than like 2 millimeters, then I'd have him see a doctor.

WTF :what: Why would it matter if his semen had gone into her body? If its an STI/STD then just the fact his dick's been in her is the problem... Him cuming has nothing to do with it.
Hopefully you've got this sorted by now though. But yeah, as everyone else has said, be sure its not just a vein, sweat gland or acne (and before you ask where theres hair follicles, there can be acne). If it isn't get him, and possibly yourself, booked in with your doctor

I've always been under the impression that an exchange of bodily fluids is how sexual diseases are transmitted. Are you telling me that's not necessary? Thanks a ton!!
Actually though, I was meaning unprotected sex.

If he was shaved, then no. When guys shave their penis, bumps normally appear afterwards.
