But then what the other people have said it correct. Unless the part of the underwear is really inserted into your female organs for a prolonged time, there's next to zero chances of that happening. Stay safe though, and replace your clothes ASAP. :)

Sperm can live for an hour outside of the body before dying. [1] It is possible to get pregnant by wearing underwear that has had semen on it, just as possible as it is a very small chance you can get pregnant through "dry sex" (sexual intercourse with few clothes on, the males precum finding its way through to the vagina).[2]

if he cums on your clothes i would say no, pants plus underwear is probably too much of a barrier for the sperm to make it through... now if he cummed on your underwear a guess there is a very super small chance, but that is still a longshot, most of the sperm would die before getting to your vagina, and the ones that do will have to travel all the way up your vagina, which isnt an easy journey for them.

Maybe sperm can live outside the body for up to 4 hours. As long as it is not near your private parts then you can get pregnant but if it is I would be very careful. You can get pregnant from this and most people don't think you can but it is very possible
