The only tip I can give you is be yourself and don't try to be something your not to impress a girl. Other than that there is no magic to getting a gf but if you don't try you can't succeed. So just ask a girl you like if she will do something with you like going to a show or to the mall shopping we rarely turn that one down. The whole point is spending some time to get to know her so it dosen't really matter where you go.

Being yourself is a big part of it. Don't pretend to be the star Quarterback guy that has all the talent. That will turn a girl off for sure. Be nice, don't get walked all over by people though.

Well I wouldn't try to flirt with her so much, because I find a lot of girls get creeper out when some dude is trying to flirt with them. But maybe just try to small talk with the girl, and then get her number, and then create a good friendship with her. After that then ask her out, unless you guys just automatically click with each other, then ask her out whenever.

Look at as going out with a friend, not as a date or relationship. Don't talk a lot about yourself, ask question about her and what she likes, girls tend to ramble away and you can join into her conversation. Girls like attention and by directing your conversation towards her will enhance the feeling that you are interested in her without having to say anything corny. I love eye contact, to me it shows you are interested in me. Be open, honest and most of all, enjoy the time her. Good luck.
