I'm sure those has been answered, but what does it mean when I post a message and it says "this message has been moderated"?

It means that a moderator will approve or disapprove the message before the person you posted it to sees it. You will have this for the first 3 months just so we can catch spammers and also for new users to get use to the rules here on VT instead of breaking them.

Every member that has less than 250 posts and/or has been here less than three months has their visitor messages (VMs) moderated. If that is what you mean.

It's been there the whole time. Visitor messages have been moderated like this for as long as I can remember.
