how do i excape it all?

here it is again ... the point were i cant bottle it down anymore and i blow up and i cut and bleed.and cry and scream ... then im fine and start the bottling again......... i cant talk to my friends dont want to bother them.. trhey have enough problems.. cant talk to my girl friend she has to much to worry abotu already ... cant talk to anyone all alone... so im here talking more bothcing to all of you ...........how do i excape it all with out some fucking pills.
