Small yet Pokey loooking

I don't get it!!!

Mines the smallest of all my friends I've seen, like maybe 1.5 inches soft yet it Pokes out when I'm in briefs, jeans, swim suit, shorts. I can't relax in boxers cuz it'll poke out the fly. I can't hide it most times.

Does anyone else's do this?

If a small one acts like this I hate to have a pokey one that is like 4" soft, it must be tuff to hide.

mine is 4.5inchs soft and it is hard to hide,even in swimming but i deal with it,its even harder to hide when hard

meh once they start growing at puberty it is hard to keep bulges and pokes under control.
