That sounds fine, but really it won't matter anyway, since like has been said your boob size isn't the most important thing. 32B isn't small though in my opinion for a 14-year-old

For a 14 year-old girl, 32b seems a bit above average, however I would still consider that to be normal size.

I think thats a pretty good size... BUT it also depends on YOUR size..i.e. your height, weight and other measurements...
