My favorite is Dave's Insanity.

Many people like Dave's Insanity and even I like it, but most of the time i like to give priority to home made sauce. Which I use to make at my home.

Just plain old tabasco is good. I don't like the super fancy super spicy ones that you eat just to prove you can. It ruins the food.
