How effective is it? How long does it take to remove acne? What makes it different from something like Neutrogena?

Not really sure about those ones, I've heard mixed opinions. I use Clearasil and it works for me but it seems different from person to person. My suggestion would be to try each one and see which works best.

Ya the only way to know if it will work is to try it. Personally, it did not work at all for me. I finally went to a dermatologist and got some prescription cream that really works well. If you get a pimple every now and then, proactive may work okay for you.

Honestly I think it depends on the person. My doctor told me that most patients that come to her saying that the product didn't work, it only made it worse was proactive.
