So first, hey guys, haven't posted here in forever. Secondly, this could fit into multiple forums but I'm just sticking it here.

A few days ago me and a mix of friends and coworkers were having a party. There was alcohol, a couple of us had a little bit of weed.

By the time of the incident we were fairly out of it, but I was still were enough to realize everything that was happening. So I was just kind of standing around, having fun being high (it doesn't happen often), and one of my coworkers was hanging around too. Apparently, she thought it would be a brilliant idea to start making out with me. I didn't realize exactly what was happening for a few seconds, because I would have never expected anything like that from her.

There are a couple problems with this:

1) Her boyfriend walked in as it was happening. Yep. Sounds like something out of a sitcom, except there's nothing funny about the situation when the guy's pretty scary.

2) Things have been super awkward between us since, and that's bad when you have to work together to do well at your job.

3) Not really a problem per se, but that was actually my first kiss and it was a shitty way for it to happen.

I don't really know what to do in this situation. Neither of us have spoken a word about this, and the rest of our coworkers are just kind of laughing at the situation. Everyone kind of agrees the blame for this is on her, so I don't know if I should try to talk to her about it or wait for her to say something. Or just pretend it never happened and hope everyone just kind of forgets about it.

Saying something about it can make it worse.... saying something about it can make it better. Sticky situation. I would just act normal as possible for awhile and not bring it up. She already feels bad and embarrassed about it at the moment. If she starts to relax maybe just ask casually bring it up and act like its no big deal... who knows later on you'll be laughing about this later. Just do the best you can to let it not interfere with your work.
