Don't worry like digzchickz says you will hit puberty when your body feels its ready. And not everybody hits puberty at 13. I didn't hit puberty until I was just under 15.

You're fine, and there are so many 13 year olds who look small for their age. You are not behind, and you are basically like most 13 year olds out there. It is one thing if you are like 16 and still look like you are 10, but many folks between 12-14 still look really young and tiny. Your more normal than you think because a lot of people are just like you.

Its fine, nothing to worry about. Some guys, like me, end up shaving their hair anyways later in time. Dont stress about it.

i started my puberty when i was 14 years old. :) now im 15 turning 16 i have little armpit hair. :)

Don't rush it. 13 is just the beginning of real change. When I turned 13 I am not going to lie I still looked looked like the kid two years ago. And by the end of 13 I grew so much and looked more and more my age. And by 14 I honestly looked like nothing of the kid I was at 12-early13. I looked more of a teen. Its ok dude everyone grows at a different pace and I bet you are very soon

That happens a lot around age 13 because maybe your just starting puberty. most guys will have like this HUGE growth spurt around 14 - so you'll probably get taller and get hair and get bigger down there all really quickly. SO be prepared for that sometime soon!

There are some people on my football team (8th grade) that haven't started growing yet, some people just take longer I guess.
