There's something called asexuality, which is where someone doesn't feel an attraction to any gender, and often aren't interested in sexual contact.

You could also be a late bloomer. Not everyone feels sexual by 13.

Either way, both are normal! Don't feel that you need to find people attractive, or that you need to masturbate. Do what you're comfortable with. You're definitely not broken.

Don't worry. You're 13. Honestly I think 13 year olds don't really need to have any serious relationships at all anyways. And far as your friends picking on you, just tell them to stop, it's not cool. If they don't, then don't talk to them, because obviously they aren't really supportive of your choices at all.

Your friends are jerks, and I would not worry about them. A lot of 13 year olds don't do sexual stuff or even think about that sort of thing. When I was thirteen I was still playing with Hot Wheels and couldn't even imagine what sex meant and even think about girls.

You're normal, and be who you are rather than who folks think you should be.

At 13 there is a lot of time left for the sexual stuff and there is no rule that states a person has to be interested in sexual things by the age of 13. Guys just like girls develop physically and mentally ad different ages and if these guys that are telling you your broken are 13 as well it's a pretty safe bet anything they say they have done is an exaggeration. If the guys are older then it's not a level playing field.
