it can hurt depending how big the thing is going in or how used the anal muscle is to being open. if handled right anal sex can feel good for both people.

It can the first few times but it just depends on the person.

It shouldn't, but it likely will the first few times you try it. Use lots of lube (And a condom!) and go slow.
If you can, you might try getting a dildo to practice with. Being on top of your partner (Your partner lying down, and you squat on their penis) will give you more control, so that you can stay comfortable.
