There is this guy in my class, Jack, and he is cruel.
He pushes me into walls on a daily basis, today he flicked me on the forehead twice.
It's really starting to piss me off.
What should I do?

If you feel comfortable with it, I would firmly, yet calmly, tell him to stop. That's the first step. If he continues, address your concerns with a teacher, counselor, nurse, or any adult in your school. They should help you take care of the situation.

Just go tell an adult. It's what I would do. I get harassed sometimes and I'm going to tell a teacher about it.

I agree if he's not held accountable for his actions he's never going to stop and you don't want to retaliate yourself becuse you would be as responsible as he is by the school. If you have told a teacher or some other responsible adult at school and nothing happens you need to take it one step farther and file a complaint of assult at the local police department. I assure you this will get his as well as the schools attention about the bullying.
