Orgasm refers to an incredibly pleasurable feeling at the climax of masturbation or sex.

Ejaculation is when semen spurts out of your penis.

Normally the two happen at approximately the same time though they can be separate.

It is possible to get the orgasm without ejaculating if either you have not started producing semen or if you have ejaculated so many times you have temporarily run out.

If you practice the stop & go technique where you get close to the climax and then stop for a moment or two and repeat, if you stop at exactly the wrong moment you can get the ejaculation without the orgasm.
