Both sexes have orgasms. Both genders ejaculate. The majority of the fluid that is released is the same, and acts as a lubricant. Men just have sperm contained in their ejaculate.

As for orgasm, I would say it's the feeling you get. Cumming / ejaculating doesn't mean you've had an orgasm, since it IS possible to get an orgasm without cumming, and it is possible to cum without an orgasm.

You hit the nail right on the head with your post, and an orgasm is basically what you described. An orgasm is the good feeling you get when your penis is in the process of ejaculating. If you cannot cum, then the orgasm is the spasms that happens when your penis would have pushed out cum.

(Girls get orgasms, too, but theirs is different).
