Meeting up with friend

Me and my friend Calum we are kinda going out but on the computer. as u can imagine its not very practical so i thought i would ask my parents if we can met. He is up for it but none of us know how to ask our parents. Their very protective and wouldnt be too supportive of the idea because of all the pedos in the world etc etc. So what should we do
