Mazda 3?

Wondering what people think of the Mazda 3? I'm looking at a 2008 GX, seems like a solid vehicle, but I don't have much knowledge about Mazda really. Anyone have any experience with this brand?

One of my friends recently got a 2012 Mazda 3 and he's been happy with it so far. It does well on gas and performs pretty well. He hasn't had it very long and is still getting accustomed to it; but has not had a problem yet.

Same Ford Motor company chassis as the 2004.5-2010 Volvo S40. My friend has one. It's a decent car but not my favorite in the small car segment. The civic and corolla and elantra are better cars now.

I would check out edmunds.com they have the best customer report info on cars.

Yeah, from what I've heard it does well with everything. My mom has a Mazda CX-9 SUV and I like it.
