Hello

I am working with multinational company so i have don't have time for Gym and other health programs
really i want to maintain my health can anyone suggest me what i need to do ??

Eat healthy and try to walk a lot. Instead of using the elevator trying walking, instead of driving try taking a bike. Exercise once a day for 15 mins using HIIT.

Diet is your best way to stay healthy. Pack your lunch, eat a strong breakfast, and enjoy a healthy dinner. This will help you more than joining a gym. At night before you go to bed, maybe try to develop a 15 minute routine of lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, or anything you want that will help you get in some strength. It's the little things that help. :)

I also doing job as a housewife so i have not time for gym, and other health activites.

Hello Linda,

I have been eating healthy as long as I can remember. I got very serious about it 2 years ago, and I have seen a dramatic change in how I feel!
Diet revolves around some main things I guess
Protein intake (HUGE)
Eating high protein foods like chicken and eggs
will help keep you full and nourished
