I've heard of both, barely know either, but I've never heard a song by Nightwish, so I'll vote Within Temptation. (I probably have heard a song by Nightwish, just can't think of any off the top of my head).

Within Temptation for the instruments, Nightwish for the vocals.

Nightwish for everything. I would vote Depeche Mode for instruments, but that's not an option. I just bought another DM CD; my library of DM is now only second to my Nightwish collection.

Nightwish had better stuff (Whit Tarja) and is one of my Fav Bands

& Within Temptation is another of my Fav bands but i like more Nightwish

But my Favorite video of Music is The howling from Within Temptation

The 2 are really good bands but each one has their own style of playing Nightwish (Whit Tarja) was like a Gothic Metal Opera & Within Temptation is like Gothic Rock and uses a lot of classical instruments
