Hey guys, I was on another forum and they had the [glow] bbcode tag. This effect looks REALLY nice, and I would love to have it here on VT. Thoughts?

Here is what it looks like:

EDIT: The forum I was on uses phpBB, so I'm not sure if it would have to be changed to work with vBulletin

Well, people would have to know that the glow effect only works on Non-IE browsers.
Additionally, it does work on vBulletin, lol. HTML is HTML.

It does work, tested on IE9. It just doesn't look as smooth, but it still works.

Huh. That's weird. w3schools that it is supported on all major browsers besides Internet Explorer. I guess they mean IE8 and below, then.

Looks good, but if it's going to be used in just signatures like what you demonstrated, it would be much more appropriate to ask a text sig maker to make a glowing signature for you.

Nah, I was using that as an example. I would like it to be instated where a user can use it anywhere, much like the bold, italic, and underline BBCodes.
